Nokia E63 Review
The Nokia E63 is available at a lower price that other E series phones from Nokia. The phones in this series are basically high-end business phones that can be expensive, and although the E63 Nokia may not have all of the features of the other E series phones, it is a great phone at a budget price. Many of the reviews on Nokia E63 agree what a great value this mobile is.
Some of the features that you get with the Nokia E63 include WiFi, Bluetooth, email support, as well as a full QWERTY keyboard for easy messaging. With this phone you do get many of the same features that come with the other E series phones, but you will give up some features for the lower price, such as GPS and a higher megapixel camera.
The E63 Nokia comes in a stylish, curvy design; the casing is made of a high quality plastic and feels sturdy enough that it won’t break as soon as you drop it; the E63 measures 4.4 x 2.2 x 0.5 inches and weighs 4.4 ounces. On the front of this Nokia smartphone there is a 2.36-inch screen that will display up to 16 million colours.
With the Nokia E63 you basically get many of the same features that you would get with the E71, with the exception of GPS; plus with the E63 you only get a 2-megapixel camera, where the E71 comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera.
The call quality that you get with the E63 Nokia is fair, though there does tend to be some problems with the person on the other end being able to hear adequately. You do get 3G included with this smartphone, but surfing the web still tends to be sluggish with web pages loading slowly.
For multimedia you will get a music player, as well as a video player; watching video on this phone is great, with the exception of the screen being too small. Sound quality of the music player is also excellent. For storing files you get 110MB of internal memory, but you can expand the memory up to 8GB with a microSD card.
The Nokia E63 battery is rated for 11 hours of talk time and 18 days of standby time. There is no doubt that the Nokia E63 prices provide a great value for the many features that come with this smartphone, as you will find when you compare Nokia E63 to other smartphones within the same class.
If you don’t mind not having GPS, the E63 Nokia could be a great choice for both a personal and business phone.
